Join us for our next All Pro Dad meeting on February 21st, 2025, at 7:00 AM in the McKitrick Elementary cafeteria. This month, we're focusing on the theme of Social Skills, essential for both dads and kids to enhance their interactions and build strong relationships. We'll begin the morning by sharing breakfast, engaging in a discussion on effective communication techniques, and then you'll have the opportunity to walk your kids to their classrooms.
Please RSVP to help us plan better and ensure we have enough space for everyone to enjoy their time. We look forward to starting the day with you and your children in a meaningful way!
Please reach Steve at allprodads@mckitrickpta.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
All Pro Dad is a school-based program designed to strengthen the bond between fathers and their children. Through monthly meetings, dads and their kids engage in meaningful conversations and activities centered around a character-based curriculum. It’s a dedicated time for dads to share, learn, and grow alongside their kids, reinforcing the critical role fathers play in a child's development.
While consistent attendance is encouraged to maintain the bond and routine, we understand life can get busy. Attending as often as you can is beneficial. Each meeting brings a unique theme and opportunity for learning and bonding, so even if you miss one, there's always the next month's gathering to look forward to.
Absolutely! All Pro Dad celebrates the father-child bond, but we recognize that every family dynamic is unique. If a father can't attend, a grandfather, uncle, older brother, or any significant male figure in the child's life is welcome to participate. The essence is in fostering positive male role models for the children.
